Additional Expert Source

I just e-mailed the Scripps Institute of Oceanography wondering if there was a professor/person that could answer some questions about the San Diego River. Jesse has a relative that could be a expert source, but he/she can't answer some of the more specific questions like government involvemnet or what pollutants are in the rivers. The professor/person from Scripps is going to be an additional source and possibly instead of actually video taping them, we could just quote them to save time if we have too much info or if we have to little we could tape the person.
